Annual Dues Must Be Paid by March 1, 2024

Hi.
Please drop the dues off in the little red cooler hidden behind the first bush on the right of my driveway (3340 English Oak). The cooler is checked everyday. You can also drop off a check in the mailbox at top of pool driveway. You can also use Bill Pay from your bank, Address is on your invoice.

Your dues are payable by March 1, 2024. A one time late fee of $82.80 will be charged, along with interest by month until paid, if payment is received after March 2nd. Fee and interest authorized by HOA Covenants.
